  1. As the original poster, this is the typical email I receive on the first working day of the month: "Hi Richard Your self-billing invoice from Alamy is now ready. We no longer email these directly as attachments. You can access your invoice by following this link: (removed hyperlink) (removed hyperlink) If your VAT status or VAT number changes, please make sure to update this in your contributor dashboard under Payment info. Best regards" etc. I think it's a VAT receipt as it mentions above, so if you're not VAT-registered (obviously incl US contributors), you won't receive the email. I only need it so I can print it off as a remittance record for my annual tax accounts. Hope that's of help in solving this mystery! Richard.
  2. Really? No email on the afternoon of the 1st (or nearest working day) with a link to a summary of what Alamy have paid into your account?
  3. Found it: 'Download Sales Report' on the main Dashboard 🙄
  4. Can someone please tell me where I can find a list of Monthly Statements - the payment summaries we receive by email at the start of each month? Thanks very much, Richard.
  5. I'm waiting for an edit from yesterday's work underground at the Elizabeth Line's opening day from my other (main) agency. In the meantime, I thought I'd have a quick squint at what others have put up to Alamy - especially of the TFL roundel which as many of us have discovered, Alamy have traditionally removed. I was shooting them in situ and of course, as well as isolated logos yesterday knowing that my 'other' - ahem - agency willingly accept and sell pictures of roundels, while wondering what Alamy contribs would upload? https://tinyurl.com/5ywcbx6j Richard.
  6. It's happened before. Come back later and all should be well!
  7. He's going to have neck problems if he doesn't stand straighter.
  8. I've had quite a few of these TV sales. Anyone have similars and know who the production company might be? Editorial Media: Television (editorial) Print run: Unlimited transmissions
  9. Single company - multiple use editorial only Industry sector: Media, design & publishing
  10. No, I haven't sold the copyright of this, and yet .. Country: Worldwide Usage: Editorial Media: Television (editorial) Print run: Unlimited transmissions Placement: Use within body of show Start: 19 April 2022 Duration: In perpetuity All rights all media worldwide in perpetuity, including in context promotions
  11. Quite a coincidence! Six sales, identical usage of this picture and same price in a single day. But don't anyone tell me it's a mistake and there will be five refunds. No!
  12. Pleased about this one selling in Belgium for a museum display for high $xx. Seeing as I went to school there, I'm curious about which one?
