I have just sold 2 photos with the following usage "One use in a single editorial article used within the digital versions of a single publication. Digital usage includes archive rights for the lifetime of the article" I found that these were purchased for an article in the Sun newspaper , but the same article is also on other websites such as newscolony.com. This is clearly a violation but id there anything I can do about it? regards Kevin -
My zooms have also jumped this week and I have also had the first sale of the month today

I sale this month for a nett value of 50 cents. I have had 15 sales this year, one of which netted me $75. The other 14 sales together netted me $73.45, an average of $5.25. For the last 2 years I put all my eggs in the Alamy basket and I have twice the number of images here than anywhere else. I am changing that as quickly as I can because I am earning more elsewhere. To make matters worse I still have uncleared sales from January.

Nobody upgrades on a live system which is why I have asked Alamy to be honest about their problem.

Alamy, may we please have an update on the situation with measures? You obviously have had a major glitch so please come clean and tell us the problem. Would also appreciate not having our intelligence insulted by claiming you are updating. I believe most contributors are generally sympathetic to Alamy and will appreciate some honesty (even though that sympathy would appear to be eroding somewhat)

I believe that if you you state either property or people and you do not tick the editorial box, Alamy will eventually do it for you and notify you. That is assuming you have no releases
