Hi everybody, I need to have a record of all images I have on Alamy as I have lost track and don't want to upload images I already have on Alamy. Is there a way of retrieving my files via excel, I don't need the images just information. Thank you, Paul.

Uploaded 1 small batch yesterday, they went into processing, I went back to them several hours later to find them missing, I re uploaded them last night only to find them missing again today. I am sure there is a glitch that Alamy will sort out soon.

Thanks for your answer Chuck, I was living in hope that Alamy may have made stronger stipulations on personal use, it seems that offering our work for personal use is asking to have it abused, I will have to re-think and perhaps go through most of my work and change it back to non personal use.

Hi everyone, I have recently been making a few sales as personal use since removing all restrictions. I can be happy for the increase in sales although no more than $10 or less per sale, My question and concerns is how the material is being used and if these personal use buyers have a contract with Alamy stating the material cannot be used outside of personal use. Can anybody explain the benefits of having a Pseudonym. My main concern! will having Pseudonym's help increase sales? Thank's to all, Paul.

It is a fact that many have problems with Alamy QC, i also have my fair share, however if a batch is failed i don't worry about it as the very same images are being accepted elsewhere and licensed, we must remember that Alamy try to have a 100% hit rate of technically high quality material that is how they work. Personally i think they are over doing it as i am sure faults would only be noticed if the faulty images were published at 100%. So for those who struggle just check a little closer before submitting, and if a batch fails it is no train smash, just get on with life, there is more to living than Alamy QC. Paul.
