My banking app shows payment coming in tomorrow from Alamy. So now it takes 10 days to wrest my money from Alamy.

Sorry Chantelle, you were asked the question WHY IS IT TAKING LONGER THAN IT DID LAST YEAR? WHY HAS IT CHANGED FROM 4 TO 9 DAYS? please do not fob us off with a stock (no pun intended) answer. Also I am sure we all have accounts with different banks which we do appreciate have varying processing times, however this is happening to every contributor in this topic, so all our banks are behaving the same way and taking the same time to process the payments? Highly unlikely.

ALAMY - maybe some input from you as to why the contributor payments are getting later and later? Imagine if you were paid this way, not knowing what day of the month your salary would hit your bank account. In this day and age of virtually instant bank transfers you would think that time to pay your contributors would be lessened not increased. Anyway Alamy your input on this matter would be much appreciated, thanks.

Under Alamy's new 'late payment' rule I have been getting my payments exactly one week after 1st of the month, no sign of it and not in pending payments for tomorrow. Anybody else been paid yet?

I use Libby too which is free through our UK library service plus PressReader also free through the library and you can leave comments on newspaper articles on it too. Most of my physical books come from charity shops (as does my wardrobe!). After a long period of waiting I've finally got an allotment which I hope in time will yield food and a good few photographic opportunities. However I lack the oomph to contribute any more images to Alamy et al.

I thought there was something missing from the emojis! So expressions of sadness or anger are not allowed any more? Can't wait for the Fluffy Bunny and Unicorn emojis to appear then.
